Instead of receiving AP credit for UN 1001, the student will receive 3 credits for UN 2001. If an Honors Institute student takes both AP English Literature and Composition and AP Language and Composition exams, they will receive 3 credits for UN 2001 and 3 credits of approved humanities electives. Students who are taking, or have completed, any college English composition classes should contact the Michigan Tech Admissions Office to see if credit for the AP English exams can be awarded. |
